A terrible accident occurred at night in Dhekiyal, Golaghat district. An oil tanker vehicle caused the accident. It lost control and hit a person standing in front of the road. Meanwhile, residents say they were sitting down to eat dinner when they heard a vehicle approaching. They immediately got up and went out to look. The vehicle first hit their feet and then their house. According to the witnesses, it was the driver and there were about 4-5 people with him. The driver then got down and asked them to call their owner, and at the same time he called the constable, and the constable group arrived and took the driver into custody . During the investigation, it was revealed that the driver’s owner lived in Khunti.
