An accident occurred in the Mundaline of the Majuligarh Tea Estate in Biswanath. An infant passed away after being administered three injections. It has been reported that this incident took place at the Majuligarh Hospital. According to local residents, the tragedy was a result of gross negligence.The child was only two months and five days old. It is alleged that a nurse named Muni Tossa administered approximately three injections to the infant without a proper prior examination. The child’s parents stated, “The infant should have been thoroughly examined before the injections were administered.” Distraught by the loss, the mother said, that “the incident happened to my child should never happen to anyone else’s child in future.”
