A terrible road accident occurred in Kaliabor, resulting in the immediate death of one individual. The incident took place in Natali village. While heading toward Tinali after having tea at a shop in Natali Bazaar, the victim was hit from behind. The deceased has been identified as Rohim Ali, a resident of the western part of Rupohihat. The accident occurred while Rohim Ali was heading home after finishing his daily work. He was in the business of collecting scrap materials, such as broken tin, on the back of his motorcycle. According to sources, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene immediately after hitting Rohim Ali. The vehicle involved in the accident bears the registration number AS 01 DQ 182, while the motorcycle’s number is AS 12 AH 5189. Meanwhile, police from Salona arrived at the spot and have commenced an investigation into the matter.
