A day theft occurred in Biswanath near the Biswanath Hospital. The incident took place around 4:00 PM. The stolen e-rickshaw belonged to Sachin Das, a resident of Monabari Sadhukuti, Biswanath. Sachin Das had come to the hospital to get medical attention for his father, Mohan Rakhi Das. It is reported that the e-rickshaw was Sachin’s only source of income and his sole means of livelihood. Sachin Das has filed an FIR at the Biswanath Police Station. The e-rickshaw is of the “Aram” company, bearing registration number AS32ER6900. The Biswanath Police are currently investigating the matter.
