A terrible road accident occurred at Monabari Bihpukhuri. The injured individual was immediately admitted to the hospital. The accident took place on National Highway 15 at Bihali Monabari Bihpukhuri. A vehicle traveling from the direction of Gohpur toward Biswanath struck a young man named Anil Nayak, aged approximately 28 years. The vehicle fled the scene immediately after the collision. Local residents quickly rushed the injured youth to a hospital in Biswanath for treatment. Shortly after the incident, police from Jhinjia arrived and commenced an investigation into the matter. According to eyewitnesses, the youth was on his correct side of the road, while the vehicle was speeding excessively. Although the youth’s original home is in Majuligarh, he had been living in Monabari for the last five years and worked in a tea garden. Local citizens are now urging the government to install streetlights on this stretch of the road.
