A vehicle and the body of a young man were found at the Bengenakhowa Railway Gate in Golaghat. The deceased has been identified as Sailak Malik, a student of Golaghat Vivekananda Swamy Vidyalaya. While the exact cause of death remains unknown, locals reported seeing three boys passing through that route earlier.
The youth had reportedly left his residence around 11:00 PM on a bicycle belonging to his landlord. His family grew concerned as he failed to return home, especially since his exams were ongoing. Police arrived at the scene and have launched an investigation. Local residents suspect foul play, suggesting the youth may have been murdered.
