Chief Minister Nitish Kumar paid tribute to the homage on Independence Day.A flag was hoisted in patna on the occasion .The chief Minister said that supporting the families of soldiers is everyone’s responsibility.
Bihar chief Minister Nitish Kumar celebrated Independence Day at his residence in patna today .Brigadier Munish Kuma r, director of the welfare Directorate ,met the chief Minister .Nitish kumar urged the police to contribute to the state ex- servicemen benevolent fund so that the families of brave soldiers, homage ,and ex- servicemen can avail the rehabilitations schemes .Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that doing ex- sevicemen welfare means “serving the nation.” This fund is for those soldiers and ex-servicemen of the state who dedicated their entire life and valuable time for the defence of their country .The chief Minister said,” This fund will provide great help to the families in terms of health, education, rehabilitation, livelihood and other matter”.
